Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Lune de Joux

As part of the #YourTakeOnTheRoyalOak design competition—launched by Audemars Piguet and Wristcheck to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Royal Oak—I developed a concept inspired by the starry sky above La Vallée de Joux, birthplace of the brand. Featuring a black ceramic case and bracelet, the design contrasts with deep midnight blue dial details housing the Calibre 5134 Perpetual Calendar. My proposal was selected as a finalist by AP CEO François-Henry Bennahmias in November 2022. Although it didn’t win, a concept released by the brand three years later shared the same tribute to the night sky over La Vallée de Joux—affirming how closely my vision aligned with Audemars Piguet’s own.
